Blizzard has announced the return to the gaming scene of Diablo via the Diablo 3 Role Playing Game under the action genre. Blizzard’s Diablo 3 will be released for both Mac OS and Microsoft Windows platforms but no plans for any releases for the gaming console as of yet. As a teaser, Blizzard has proliferated the Internet with numerous trailers, screenshots, and gameplay footages as well. Many innovations have been introduced into this latest Diablo game version according to its lead designer Jay Wilson. It is equally important to note that Blizzard’s Diablo 3 requires DirectX 10.1 which currently is only available for ATI produced video cards. The use of Intel Physics is also preferred over the Nvidia Physyx technology. These are important factors for gamers to make sure that their machines conform to the system requirements of the game. Blizzard’s Diablo 3 also features the old librarian new class hero who seems to have a very weak health but very powerful skill sets.

I have personally watched the gameplay videos available in the Diablo 3 Official Site and honestly, I was blown away by it. The graphics was off the charts awesome. As of this writing, there are already three classes available. The tough as nails Barbarian, the powerful Wizard and the wicked Witch Doctor. I fell in love with the skill set of the Witch Doctor. I’ll be writing more about this highly anticipated RPG game so please stick with me.

The third installment of Starcraft 2’s sample gameplays is now available. Click here to view the Starcraft 2 Battle Report 3. This video features a classing Zerg vs Protoss encounter between Blizzard’s Yeon-Ho Lee and David Kim, on of the associate game balance designers of Starcraft 2.
